Jeff Hilbert is internationally recognized as one of the top business executives in the game industry. He was recognized in the Bloomberg Business Week for his work in the gaming space. He has been involved in securing over USD $1,300,000,000 for game project-based game funding, studio funding, distribution partnerships, and tools development.

He founded DDM Agency, which he and his Partners built into the world’s largest Agency focused on Video Gaming. In late 2015, Jeff sold DDM, remaining as a Board Member until 2022.

In 2016, Jeff Co-Founded Final Strike Games, a game development studio focused on making high-end multiplayer games and live services, and Starting Point Games, an advisory service focused on increasing development efficiencies through co-development, restructuring companies, strategic partnerships, and securing funding. He is an Active Advisor to multiple companies in the video game industry.
